4* Océanis hotel and Serge Blanco Balnéothérapie at Le Cap Ferret and La Clusaz
Project manager for hospitality 4* Océanis with 96 appartment and Serge Blanco’s Spa of 1000m2 nearby the Bassin d’Arcachon and a second one in La Clusaz with 196 appartment, 30 hôtel rooms and a similar Spa. The file on the bassin d’arcachon took up small modules of wooden houses divided into apartments with a central building gathering reception, balneotherapy and restaurant all on a sand field and the second, in La Clusaz, was more complex with its geography mountainous, a significant parking capacity for the 196 apartments without digging in the mountain nor climb too high in altitude.
