From the sketching phase to the follow-up of the construction site of the witness villas and realization of the prototypes of the furniture, interior design and furniture of the overall project. 34 luxury suites with sea views of 2 different types and 17 villas, reception area, 2 bars, restaurant, shops and spa. The hotel opened at the beginning of 2011 and has regular publications and received numerous architectural and design awards, including MIPIM. The difficulty of geographical remoteness required the meticulous realization of any element on the continent. Given the ecological philosophy of this 5 * hotel it was also imposed to achieve the maximum in Vietnam with natural materials. The total constructed area was 22000m2 with a final overall budget of $ 34 million. The resort has opened design prices.
