The Canopée Café restaurant in Mérignac is located in the heart of an industrial area, on former car parks on the roofs of 2 buildings, instead was built 1800m2 of terraces with 4 petanque, a small outdoor bar and many terraces where to eat or drink a glass and a large covered restaurant of 300m2 and 200m2 of kitchens. The idea is to mix vegetation with industrial metal vegetation. Everything has been made to measure for the place including the washbasins in the toilets. Part of the glass facade contains the wine cellar of the restaurant which represents a particular technical difficulty to preserve the quality of the wines and allow them to be all at appropriate temperatures. The decorations for this place gave the name and concept to the restaurant.
